Arcade Attendant

Located inside the Sheraton Niagara Falls and connected to the iconic Rainforest Café, our arcade is a key part of the guest experience. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Arcade Attendant who understands arcade operations and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly for families, groups, and hotel guests.

What You'll Do:

Ensure all arcade games are fully operational, clean, and guest-ready at all times Troubleshoot minor game issues and escalate repairs when needed Maintain and restock the prize hub and redemption areas Assist guests with game cards, gameplay, and general questions Proactively walk the arcade floor to prevent downtime and enhance guest experience Support a high standard of cleanliness and organization in a Marriott-branded environment

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of arcade or entertainment experience required Strong understanding of arcade and redemption-style games Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision Guest-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude Detail-oriented and proactive—takes initiative to fix and improve Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
