Job Description

Qualifications:
Must have a High school diploma or G.E.D., and be able to pass extensive back ground check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license. Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned. (Includes weekends / Nights/ and holidays) as scheduled. Must be able to sit / stand for extended periods of time. Candidate must have excellent communication and customer relation skills. Must be self motivated able to work independently. Frequent lifting, may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to take directions well and work within a small enclosed area with others as a team. Responsibilities and Duties The promotional personnel will assist the marketing director with various events, drawings and duties. Player's club representatives will be responsible for performing the duties involved with the operation of promotional events. And any other duties assigned by the controlling supervisor. Responsible for doing all match play sign ups. Gathering drawing entries, performing drawings, etc. Operate promotions thru player tracking system. Adhere to all policies and procedures written for the department. Blend personalities with co-workers, management and public. Promote strong guest service skills and ensures that the highest possible standards of guest services are number one. Making sure you have all supplies needed to begin your shift. Must be able to count and write numbers legible. Must be able to stand long periods of time. Bending and lifting are required. Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one. Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning area. Be courteous and professional at all, times to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty. Must wear your gaming badge at all, times while on duty or doing business in the casino. Any duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor
