The Position:
Responsible to develop guest loyalty and relationships while identifying and gathering information on valuable guests through observation, personal contact, and service. Greets guest with enthusiasm and provides accurate information about casino events, entertainment, promotions, area events and attractions. Provides superior guest service both internally and externally. Contributes to a high energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience. Knows and follows the Internal Controls set in place by the Cow Creek Gaming and Regulatory Commission. Maintains thorough knowledge of all current and upcoming events and promotions. Responsible for assisting in promotions and campaigns by answering guest questions, executing drawings, doing payouts, and making announcements that are professional and engaging. Conducts announcements on the Casino public address system for promotional drawings, guest requests and other department requests. Includes both scripted and unscripted announcements.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. 1 - 2 years of accredited Guest Service Training preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience. 1 year cash handling experience preferred. Previous experience with participation in promotional events or guest-focused marketing programs preferred. Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
