As a Restaurant Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities include greeting patrons with a warm smile, possessing in-depth knowledge of procedures, and ensuring the restaurant is impeccably set for business.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the customers Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of job-related procedures. Verify the restaurant's cleanliness and readiness for service. Familiarity with menu items, specials, and pricing. Accurately and completely take guest orders. Complete all side work and assigned duties promptly. Offer assistance to guests regardless of seating. Uphold standards by setting examples through appearance and work ethic. Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously. Prioritize safety and accident prevention in all job duties. Facilitate communication between shifts. Stay updated on all Departmental Policies and Procedures. Adhere to cash handling procedures. Maintain a proper uniform, name tag, and a neat and clean appearance. Perform any other specified or assigned duties. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Outstanding interpersonal communication skills in English for effective interaction with guests and team members. Prior experience is beneficial, showcasing sound judgment. Cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature. Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Successful completion of the pre-employment process. Flexible availability, including holidays and varied shifts.

Physical Requirements:
