Job Description

Bingo Floor Worker Crandon, WI 54520 From $15 an hour - Part-time From $15 an hour - Part-time
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times. Responsible for keeping accurate inventory of bingo cards issued. Responsible for selling bingo cards on the floor and receiving the correct amount of money and accurately makes appropriate change. Assist customers in getting their packs ready for play. Verifies winning bingo cards by reading serial numbers to the Bingo Caller and verifies customer's receipt to ensure game was purchased.
DUTIES:
Safeguard casino assets. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Must be knowledgeable of all Bingo games and promotions. Adhere to all Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Policies and Procedures as well as the Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS)/Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS). Attend all Bingo Department meetings. Sell bingo cards on the floor and at required time, turn in all bingo cards and money received. Clean off table at the end of each session. Perform any miscellaneous duties as assigned.
UNIFORM:
  • Black dress pants, pocketless or pockets sewn shut.

  • Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) issued Gaming License/ID Badge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID. Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and be approved for a valid gaming license. Successfully complete a 60-day probationary period. Take and pass Title 31 compliance review within 30 days of hire. Physically able to perform all aspects of the position. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to speak in front of large audiences. Must have the ability to explain all bingo games and schedules to customers. Must be able to interact well with the public and with co-workers. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.
