Job Description

Starting at $16.98 per hour plus tips | Requires flexibility to work various shifts As a Poker Chip Runner, you'll be in the middle of the action to help keep the game moving by delivering chips to players with accuracy and speed. You'll be part of a fast-paced team where a strong attention to detail and great guest service is a priority. Below are some of the responsibilities as a
Potawatomi Casino Hotel Poker Chip Runner:
Respond promptly to guest chip requests. Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous gaming environment. Notify the Poker Floorperson of any open seats. Report disputes or arguments to the Shift Manager or Floorperson. Share relevant player information with the Shift Supervisor. Direct guests to the Floor Person and Shift Manager as needed. Assist Poker Management in table fills. Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need:
A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A year or more of cash handling experience. Gaming industry or casino experience.
