Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a positive first impression Manage guest seating arrangements and reservations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Take and relay guest orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area Support team members in serving food and beverages when needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Experience Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and serving procedures beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience with phone etiquette and guest relations enhances success in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
