Founded in 1902, The Country Club of Little Rock is a prestigious country club committed to excellence and tradition. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service to our members and guests in a welcoming, beautiful setting. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Restaurant Host to join our team and contribute to an outstanding dining experience in our fine dining restaurant.
What You'll Do:
Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive. Escort guests to their tables, ensuring an efficient seating process and a positive first impression. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Manage the flow of guests between dining areas to ensure a smooth and efficient seating arrangement. Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our members and guests.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a host or customer service role, preferably in fine dining or upscale environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
