Job Description

The Olive Branch Boutique is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable individual to host our weekly Tea Time events! We are dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where guests can enjoy a delightful tea experience. Our establishment prides itself on exceptional service, elegant ambiance, and memorable moments for every visitor. Job Overview As a Tea Time Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for an enjoyable and refined tea service experience. You will coordinate seating, manage guest relations, and support the smooth operation of our tea service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting guests Providing excellent customer service Assisting with retail sales and boutique operations Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during Tea Time Requirements Customer service and/or retail experience preferred. Previous host/hostess experience settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly positive attitude and energetic approach Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable working independently and interacting with customers Professional appearance and demeanor with strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills Schedule This position is currently scheduled for Saturdays only, with the potential for additional days, based on program needs and future scheduling requirements.
