Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining waitlists and communicating wait times clearly Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining space Support the deli area by replenishing supplies, maintaining product displays, and assisting with food service when needed Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders and payments accurately Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Skills Previous busser/host experience or food service background required; enthusiasm for customer interaction is essential Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant operations and Toast POS enhances efficiency Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating welcoming environments Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse customer environments Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
