In this role, you will be responsible for selling tickets for various events, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for the arts or entertainment industry. Responsibilities Engage with customers to promote and sell tickets for upcoming events. Provide detailed information about events, including schedules, pricing, and seating options. Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Process ticket sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized ticketing area and ensure all promotional materials are up to date. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Participate in promotional events and outreach efforts to attract new customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate event details. Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus. Background in conflict management to handle customer concerns professionally. Familiarity with guest services in a resort or theater setting is advantageous. Experience working with children or in family-oriented environments is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
