Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an outstanding hospitality experience, making guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit. Duties Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a lively and professional attitude, making them feel instantly welcome Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating arrangements Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest flow, maintaining a lively yet organized environment Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear, courteous communication, providing accurate information about wait times or menu options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to present a polished appearance at all times Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest feels appreciated Support the team during busy periods by handling guest inquiries and managing seating logistics seamlessly Requirements Prior experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or

TOAST POS
