Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables in a friendly and efficient manner. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests. Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, taking reservations or providing information as needed. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations. Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous host/host experience preferred, with a background in food service or hospitality. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus, particularly in guest services or serving roles. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
