Weekend Host & Weekend Busboy (Busser)
Type:
Part-time (Weekends) El Rocoto, a highly rated, family-owned Peruvian restaurant known for its authentic flavors (like our famous Lomo Saltado), is looking for bilingual (English-Spanish) team members to join our front-of-house team for the weekend dinner rush!
SHIFT SCHEDULES
Host/Hostess:
Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 PM•9:00 PM (Part-Time) Busboy /
Busser:
Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 PM•10:00 PM (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude (in English and Spanish) Manage the waitlist and coordinate seating during busy weekend hours Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers with food delivery, refilling waters, and maintaining dining room cleanliness Provide excellent customer service and support the team
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to best communicate with our diverse guests and team Friendly, reliable, energetic, and punctual Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs (for busser role) Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
