At Hana Japan Steak & Seafood, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a lively atmosphere. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Host to join our welcoming team at our Dublin location! Host Position Overview As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their dining experience starts off with a smile. Your warmth and organization will make all the difference! What You'll Do
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and address guest inquiries.
  • Operate the POS system for smooth transaction handling.
  • Manage seating and flow for the restaurant. What We're Looking For
  • Availability to work 3-5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
  • A cheerful, outgoing personality with a passion for great customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
