We are now hiring poised professionals with purpose—those who see hospitality as both a craft and a calling—to join our opening team in Folsom. Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key in maintaining our high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables based on guest preferences and server availability. Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies. Handle reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences. Skills Have experience in Fine Dining 1 year. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff. Experience in guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. Background in food service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly. A passion for customer service, with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and comfortable.
