Applicants must be knowledgeable of Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and Tamarack, its businesses and the surrounding communities. You must have exemplary people and communication skills. You must be a fluent English speaker. Applicants must have flexible hours. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years' experience visiting Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and/or Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Area. The Host is typically a seasonal, part time, minimum wage position, beginning around Thanksgiving weekend and continuing through April. This position works 8 to 12 days per month, 2 to 7 hours/day, dependent on the needs of the Host program and your availability. Occasionally, a few positions are seasonal, full-time, minimum wage roles with greater job growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
