Manhattan Beach Post opened in April 2011, Fishing With Dynamite in April 2013 and The Arthur J in June 2015. We are looking to recruit skilled, highly passionate, experienced and motivated Hostess/Maitre'D's. A qualified Host Candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year hosting in an upscale casual atmosphere. Excellent multi-tasking skills, working well under pressure and an ability to smile amidst the hustle & bustle of a busy restaurant is required. Being Guest First, quick-thinking and have grace under pressure are qualities we hold in very high regard. Candidates for this position will possess humility, integrity and respect. A flexible schedule is preferred - brunch and dinner hours will be required, Sundays are a must. Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building.
