Job Summary:

Greet all guests professionally and in a friendly manner Seat guests according to availability Proficient use of the reservation system in house, online, and over the telephone. Respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently, and confirm reservations with guests. •Develop friendly relationships and positive guest recognition to build brand loyalty and sales. Communicate with teams regarding large parties, special requests, and large volumes of reservations to manage the over and under booking of tables. Work with management to plan seating strategies and assignment of tables to maximize the guest experience. Greet guests, monitor the guest experience, and ensure guests are thanked at the conclusion of their visit. Assist in coordinating with the bus and service teams to ensure timely and efficient clearing of tables and prompt guest service.

Qualification:

Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal, skill to plan seating in advance and customer service skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule, perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
