Duties Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude as they arrive Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general information about the venue or services Manage guest flow efficiently, seat them on the assigned table. Maintain a clean and organized greeting area to promote a welcoming environment Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with guest food orders to go. Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hotel or guest services enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest relations Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
