We are hiring a Restaurant Host (Full-Time) to join our team at JUSTIN! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about providing world-class customer service and looking to grow their career at a highly esteemed establishment. The Restaurant Host will support the front and back of the house, greet guests politely and professionally, and escort them to their appropriate table. The Host is the first and last point of contact for every guest at The Restaurant at JUSTIN and plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a polished, gracious demeanor. The Host is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, curating a seamless arrival and departure, maintaining the presentation of all guest-facing areas, and supporting the flow of service before, during, and after seatings. The work schedule is Thursday - Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or closing). This position requires weekend availability and the ability to work long nights. Based at our

Job Description The Host is responsible for preparing all guest-facing spaces to meet cleanliness and ambiance standards, executing detailed service setup—including floral bouquets, linens, and guest amenities—organizing takeaway items and seasonal displays, greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism, relaying key guest information to Captains, assisting with mignardises and coffee service, guiding guests out with takeaway gifts, and maintaining the pristine condition of the concierge, showroom, and lobby while supporting team flow between seatings. Assist with dining room setup prior to service, including but not limited to: linens, glassware, silverware, and tabletop details, fans/heaters and other equipment
Floral/table bouquets, guest amenities
Host Station set up/breakdown including but not limited to: station, iPad, welcome beverages, coat check, take-away bags
Maintain supply/inventory of takeaways and prepare/restock as needed
Maintain the cleanliness of interior/exterior of the guest areas throughout service and pre-service
Support water service and refill beverages promptly and discreetly
Offer Guests Mignardese/post dessert (abiding and awknoledging dietaries when appropriate)
Supportin Coffee service
Deliver and clear food courses in coordination with the Captain and kitchen within

star service
Support in accurately marking tables with appropriate flatware and glassware prior to each course
Maintain clean and organized service stations and sidework areas throughout the shift
Support as needed the Reset and flip tables post-departure with attention to detail and speed
Support Captains with guest needs and respond quickly to requests during service
Break down and close dining room post-service, including but not limited to polishing, organizing, and restocking service tools, fans/heaters
Must be in an approved clean uniform; natural and clean appearance and cleanliness about their person Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant setting
Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred; familiarity with guest service standards such as Forbes or Michelin is a plus
Must be comfortable working with digital reservation systems and managing time and tasks in a fast-paced, service-driven setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work full-time (30-35 hours per week) and late nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are essential
Valid Food Handler's Card
Clear and calm verbal communication
Solution-oriented, skilled at proactively identifying service challenges and supporting servers to ensure flawless fine dining experiences
Ability to work quickly in a high-paced, physically and mentally demanding environment
