Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Tasting Room Host to create memorable experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will embody our hospitality spirit by providing exceptional guest service, guiding visitors through tastings, and ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster a genuine connection with guests, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the tasting experience with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide detailed information about our products, including tasting notes and production processes Manage guest flow efficiently, ensuring timely service while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly demeanor Support team members in food service duties when needed Uphold safety standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Qualifications Previous host or hostess experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience with restaurant operations, including POS systems is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Join us as a Tasting Room Host and become part of an energetic team passionate about delivering exceptional experiences!
