What You'll Do Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Manage room assignments, reservations, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver personalized rmendations on local dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems throughout the Gaslamp Quarter Maintain a polished, inviting lobby atmosp that reflects the hotel's brand and culture Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times Support the overall guest journey by anticipating needs and going above and beyond whenever possible The hourly rate for this position is $23.81. All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States. This Position does not offer sponsorship of Work Visas. Qualifications Qualifications Full availability, including possible overnights, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality Strongmunication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Tech‑savvy and quick to learn property management systems Professional appearance and demeanor A strongmunicator with excellent problem‑solving skills Reliable, punctual, andmitted to teamwork Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods
