Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Host to join the SFBCo family. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional drinking and dining experience. This role offers an opportunity for those looking to gain experience working within the restaurant world Duties Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and appreciated upon arrival. Maintain a clear flow of guest seating, balancing wait times with guest satisfaction. Answer guest inquiries with friendly professionalism via phone and in person. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall experience. Uphold cleanliness and organization of host stand and merchandise, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity. Hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
