We believe that sharing a meal of meat grilled over charcoal and paired with a variety of homemade sauces and condiments is what the Korean BBQ experience is all about. Meat cooked over a table gas burner is just not the same. In our central BBQ stove, we grill over solid lychee wood charcoal produced specifically forSAN HO WON.
The other items on our menu are rooted in home cooking and traditional flavors but embrace local ingredients and modern techniques.
