We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional culinary experience, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our menu features seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and our wine and cocktail program is crafted to complement each dish with elegance. Our team is passionate about hospitality, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the highest standards of service. Job Summary As a Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating flow, and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile Manage reservations using OpenTable Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate estimated wait times clearly Escort guests to tables and ensure timely turnover of seating Coordinate table assignments with the service team to balance sections Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with discretion and care Maintain a clean and organized front entrance and reception area Uphold the standards of service, appearance, and conduct expected in a fine dining setting Assist with coat check, phone calls, and other front-of-house duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment preferred Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor under pressure Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g., OpenTable,TripleSeat) Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
