Spurgeon St. in Downtown Santa Ana. The host is the first person every guest meets, so you set the tone for the whole night. We're fun and motivated, looking for someone with a vibe that matches. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and make them feel like they found the right place Manage the reservation queue and the floor, seating guests in a way that keeps service moving Run the waitlist, quote honest wait times, and keep guests posted while they wait Walk guests to their table, hand off menus, and answer first questions about the food and the room Work with servers and the bar to time seatings and keep tables turning Take phone calls and reservation questions Keep the host stand, menus, and front entrance clean and organized through the shift At close, confirm no reservations are left in the queue, tidy the entrance, and pass VIP and guest notes to management for the next day What We're Looking For Warm with guests, clear with the team, calm when there's a line out the door Reads the room and stays a step ahead Communicates well in person and on the phone On your feet for long stretches Available nights and weekends Minimum age 18 Host or restaurant experience Eagerness to learn Benefits Tips A room you'll actually want to be in
