What You'll Do:

Lead and support your team during shifts, keeping communication clear and morale highManage the floor with an eye on pacing, table flow, and guest satisfactionTroubleshoot issues quickly and calmly from staffing gaps to guest concernsHelp train and mentor team members on service standards and hospitalityCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to keep orders moving and quality consistentMonitor inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standardsJump in where needed whether that's seating guests, running food, or lending a hand during rushes

What We're Looking For:

You're organized, adaptable, and genuinely care about making guests feel welcome. You've got the calm confidence to handle the unexpected, the leadership skills to bring out the best in your team, and the work ethic to show up ready to go. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
