Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
• Strong guest relations and guest service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
