This role combines the vital responsibilities of managing guest relations, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a lively, inviting atmosphere. Whether taking reservations, managing POS systems, or guiding guests to their tables, your energy will drive the positive vibe that keeps our establishment thriving. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times Operate POS systems (will be trained to our system) to process payments accurately and swiftly Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with attention to detail and integrity Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate seating, service flow, and guest needs Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about reservations or menu items Assist in guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Support food service staff by relaying guest orders or special requests as needed Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or cashier in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

MUST BE 18 AND OLDER MUST SPEAK ENGLISH

Spanish or other language is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems Previous food service or restaurant experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor Professional phone etiquette and guest interaction skills are essential
