Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Host Home Program Director to lead and oversee our host home services. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships within the community. This role involves program development, staff supervision, budget management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to deliver high-quality care. Duties Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the host home program to meet client needs and organizational goals. Supervise and support staff, including caregivers and program coordinators, fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage relationships with clients, families, community partners, and service providers to ensure effective communication and satisfaction. Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements. Ensure all program activities adhere to state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and organizational policies related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities. Provide training and ongoing education for staff on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and client-centered care. Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality. Skills Proven management experience with a focus on program development and supervision within social services or healthcare settings. Must be fluent in Spanish and English Strong background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Excellent relationship management skills to coordinate effectively with clients, families, staff, and external agencies. Demonstrated administrative expertise in budgeting, documentation, compliance monitoring, and report writing. Knowledge of program management principles specific to Medicaid waiver services and behavioral health practices. Ability to lead teams with compassion while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability. Familiarity with social work principles, community resources, and best practices in supporting vulnerable populations.
