Job Summary The Executive Casino Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers. This role focuses on the identification, development, and retention of VIP players while ensuring a high-quality and personalized gaming experience. The Executive Casino Host serves as a key liaison between VIP guests, marketing, and casino management to promote guest satisfaction and loyalty. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Consistently provide superior guest service and maintain positive relationships with casino guests and team members, including effectively managing difficult situations in a professional manner. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with VIP players to enhance loyalty and gaming engagement. Evaluate player activity and gaming performance to determine appropriate complimentary services and amenities. Communicate with VIP players via telephone, written correspondence, and on-floor interaction regarding casino services, promotions, and special events. Conduct outbound telemarketing efforts, including a minimum of 100 or more cold calls per week. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support special events, tournaments, and promotional activities. Serve as a liaison between guests and management to ensure prompt resolution of concerns and overall guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate and timely completion of all assigned reports, documentation, and administrative duties. Review player activities, promotions, and overall account status with the Manager of Marketing Operations. Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding VIP player preferences, concerns, and trends. Complete all required company training within established timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Need High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License. Prior casino experience with a strong understanding of casino operations and marketing practices required. Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple casino tracking systems, including but not limited to CMS, AS-400, and LMS. Demonstrated ability to learn essential job functions and computer systems within 90 days of hire. Subject to random drug testing throughout the year.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret player data and related documentation. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information, company policies, and marketing strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills with guests and all levels of staff. Ability to work effectively under frequent time pressures in a fast-paced, highly interruptive environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to move throughout the casino property to observe play and meet with guests. Physical requirements include walking (55%), standing (25%), sitting (10%), and lifting (10%) up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a brightly lit, smoke-filled casino environment with moderate to high noise levels. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
