Role:

As Host, you'll greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, manage our waitlist using Toast Tables, and support the front-of-house team in maintaining a clean and well-paced dining room. This includes helping with bussing duties such as clearing and resetting tables during busy services. You'll play a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a positive, professional attitude Manage the waitlist using Toast Tables, accurately quoting wait times Communicate effectively with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table flow Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway Assist with bussing duties: clear tables, reset for new guests, and help maintain cleanliness in the dining room Answer basic guest questions and provide general info about the hotel, restaurant, and events

What We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure Strong communication and multitasking skills Willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed Weekend and evening availability required
