We are currently hiring a Host!

A great host should:

be dependable, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated. You are the first and last impression to our customers and are thus very important to our team! The right person must be well groomed and motivated to work as a team. What Rupert's is looking for :

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do
• You're an individual with your own style who appreciates other individualists
• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers
• You enjoy working as a team and having fun
• You can handle pressure and work quickly in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
• Dress and act in a professional manner
• You are on time What you will be doing:
• Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
• Communicate clearly with guest about wait times
• Be ready and willing to assist servers as situations arise.
• Answer phones and forward calls to appropriate person
• Follow service standards for service with seating, phone answering, busing, and assisting when and where needed Wage review after 30 days Varied Days, 7 am to 3 pm Apply by replying with a resume - will set up in-person interviews after we review your resume
