Lucy Restaurant at Comedy Works is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host. If you have a knack for creating memorable dining experiences and enjoy interacting with guests, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience. Manage the seating process efficiently, balancing reservations and walk-in guests to optimize table turnover. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with the management team to uphold restaurant standards and exceed guest expectations. Work alongside Comedy Works to ensure guests are sat at their reserved table prior to show start each night

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and creating positive guest experiences.
