Located beside our sister day spa, Jalan Facial Spa, our concept blends vibrant Southeast Asian traditions with modern wellness values. Position Overview Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about creating a great first impression? We're looking for a Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this role, you'll greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and support both dine-in and take-out service to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. What You'll Do Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins using our system. Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and take to-go orders accurately. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service. Keep the entry, host stand, and pickup areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Assist with special events and large party arrangements as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Friendly, approachable, and professional personality. Ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs. Familiarity with reservation or POS systems is a plus.
