Position Summary As a Host/Hostess in our Nutrition Services Department, you will help ensure patients receive meals, snacks, and nourishment services in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner. Your role is essential in supporting patient satisfaction, comfort, and overall care during their hospital stay. This is a Full-Time position with First and Second Shift availability . Key Responsibilities Patient Meal Service Ensure menus, trays, nourishments, and snacks are delivered to patients professionally and on time Prepare trays for physicians and late admissions Prepare and distribute nourishments and snacks for patients Prepare HS (bedtime) snacks for each nursing unit Food Preparation Support Prepare salads, desserts, and beverages for 2nd and 3rd floor patients Prepare vegetables for the cafeteria salad bar Assist with cafeteria lunch service Help with breakfast dish operations by working as the "Stacker" Inventory & Department Support Restock patient floor food supplies Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas Support overall department operations and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred High School Diploma or GED 1-3 months of related experience and/or training Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered We value team players who are dependable, organized, and committed to excellent customer service.
