Host / Hostess (Part-Time Seasonal) Join Our Team! We're a small, hometown Mexican restaurant looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Host/Hostess to be the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a welcoming team, we'd love to meet you! No experience required! Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Position Details Part-Time Seasonal Open Availability Preferred (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunity to gain valuable restaurant and customer service experience Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Assist guests with takeout orders when needed Provide accurate wait times and ensure a smooth guest experience Help maintain the overall flow of the restaurant Support the team with light side work as needed Qualifications Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized in a busy environment Dependable and punctual Team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous restaurant or customer service experience is appreciated but not required Why Work With Us?
