Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with clarity and friendliness, providing information about menu items and wait times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning any issues into positive resolutions. Support team members by handling guest check-ins and facilitating smooth transitions between seating and service. Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service roles within a restaurant setting preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
