Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest experience Maintain a clean, organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables promptly Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely service Manage reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Support the front-of-house team with guest inquiries, phone etiquette, and special requests Uphold cleanliness standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and restocking supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction Experience Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality, hotel services, or guest relations enhances your candidacy Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of serving etiquette, phone etiquette, and guest services is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your positive attitude makes every guest feel valued!
