• Full-time Host/Hostess Position Jacinta About Us Jacinta is an upscale dining establishment located in the vibrant Aventura neighborhood.

We are seeking an energetic and professional Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team and create memorable first impressions for our guests. Position Overview The Host/Hostess serves as the first point of contact for our guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit our restaurant. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival Manage restaurant reservations through our booking system Coordinate seating arrangements and maintain optimal dining room flow Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Maintain an organized and clean reception area Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff Assist in maintaining waiting lists during peak hours Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Requirements Must be available to work flexible hours, including: Lunch and dinner shifts Weekends Holidays Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Spanish language proficiency is a plus Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Previous hospitality experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of moving throughout the restaurant quickly and efficiently May need to assist with light lifting and carrying (up to 15 lbs) What We Offer Competitive compensation Growth opportunities Dynamic work environment Employee dining benefits Professional development Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Must have open availability for various shifts Schedule will include weekends and holidays To Apply Qualified candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and availability.
