As the first and last point of contact with our guests, you set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist during peak times. Answer phones, confirm reservations, and assist with guest inquiries. Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of service. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entrance area. Qualifications Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment. Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
