Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism upon arrival Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating and service flow Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, providing accurate information about wait times and restaurant offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Support the team during busy periods by assisting with guest relations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Previous experience as a Host or Hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to make every guest's visit exceptional!
