Beauty/Fragrance Live Sales Host (WhatNot & TikTok Live) BI Global LLC Dania, FL Job Details $15 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Full Job Description Beauty/Fragrance Live Selling Host (TikTok Live & WhatNot) - In-Person Position BeautyLuxes is one of the fastest-growing live-selling businesses specializing in authentic fragrances, Dubai perfumes, beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and more. We host live shopping events daily across TikTok Live and WhatNot, creating exciting, high-energy shopping experiences for thousands of customers. We are seeking charismatic, energetic, and reliable individuals who are comfortable on camera and excited to build a career in livestream sales. This is NOT a remote position. All hosts work in person at our studio location. What You'll Do As a Live Selling Host, you will be the face of our brand during livestream shopping events. Your primary responsibility is to entertain, educate, and engage viewers while showcasing products and driving sales.

Responsibilities include:

Hosting live sales events on TikTok Live and WhatNot Presenting fragrances, beauty products, skincare, cosmetics, and related merchandise Interacting with viewers in real time through chat and live engagement Creating excitement and urgency around products and promotions Learning product details, scent profiles, ingredients, and brand information Answering customer questions live on stream Encouraging bidding, purchases, giveaways, and customer participation Maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the broadcast Following company sales strategies and livestream procedures Working closely with our production, inventory, and shipping teams Continuously improving sales performance and audience engagement Training Program No prior livestream selling experience is required for the right candidate. All new hosts participate in a structured training program designed to teach: TikTok Live fundamentals WhatNot platform operations Fragrance and beauty product knowledge Customer engagement techniques Live sales strategies Product presentation skills Compliance and platform guidelines Audience retention and conversion techniques

Training Compensation:

$15/hour Training duration varies based on experience and performance. Compensation After successful completion of training, compensation increases based on performance and hosting ability.

Host Compensation:

$25 - $30/hour $25-$30 per hour base pay Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Additional incentive programs Advancement opportunities within the company Top-performing hosts have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through commissions and bonuses. Scheduling opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time candidates.
