Front of House Manager Job Overview Señor Rita's is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing wait lists, and assisting the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive Manage the waitlist and seating flow efficiently Escort guests to tables and provide menus Communicate wait times accurately and honestly Coordinate with servers and management to balance sections Answer phone calls and assist with basic guest inquiries Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area Assist with to-go coordination or light front-of-house duties as needed Uphold Señor Rita's hospitality standards at all times Qualifications & Skills Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service mindset Comfortable standing for extended periods Team-oriented with a positive attitude Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Stand and walk for prolonged periods Lift up to 30 lbs if necessary Navigate a busy restaurant environment safely What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Team-focused, fun work environment Opportunities for advancement within the restaurant
