Community Host - Opus Stone Seagate Development Group | Naples, Florida Create Exceptional First Impressions in Luxury Living Seagate Development Group is seeking a polished, hospitality-focused Community Host to serve as the welcoming face of Opus Stone , one of Naples' premier luxury residential communities. This is not a traditional sales position. Instead, the Community Host creates a concierge-style experience for prospective homeowners, real estate professionals, and guests visiting the community. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing one of Southwest Florida's most respected luxury brands. About the Role As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a memorable experience that reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and service associated with Seagate Development Group. You will welcome guests, share the story of the community, support lead generation efforts, and ensure the model home environment remains inviting and presentation ready. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet prospective buyers, real estate agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Create a luxury, concierge-level experience from arrival through departure Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable Serve as an ambassador for the Seagate brand and community lifestyle Lead Capture & Visitor Engagement Collect visitor information and accurately enter data into CRM systems Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand guest interests and timing Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth guest transition Community Storytelling Share the vision, lifestyle, and unique features of Opus Stone Introduce visitors to the Seagate family of companies and our commitment to excellence Help guests connect with the community experience and brand story Model Home Presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming model environment Ensure brochures, refreshments, and marketing materials are fully stocked Prepare the model home for appointments, tours, and special events Community & Event Support Assist with broker events, community tours, and weekend traffic Support special events and promotional activities Help maintain inventory of supplies and collateral materials Qualifications Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, concierge services, or a related client-facing role Professional appearance and polished communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable interacting with affluent clientele and real estate professionals Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team Schedule Full-time position Primary schedule: Wednesday through Sunday Weekend availability required Some flexibility for special events and community activities Why Join Seagate Development Group?
