Job Description

You enjoy being the beginning, end, and best part of a patron's dining experience. You know how to massage menu concerns, bang out small talk, and finish strong with processed payments. RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and process all guest payments with a smile and a positive attitude Be organized and detail oriented; process credit cards accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer Issue cash receipts and refunds when necessary; handle and resolve customer complaints Know the menu; promote products and new menu items; remind customers of how amazing our food and drinks are Be dependable and punctual; take pride in your role and be a good team member Maintain a clean and tidy workstation; the register area should reflect our high standards for cleanliness and safety
