The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be familiar with restaurant operations. - Bussing tables, sweeping floors, once a shift restroom maintenance
- Greet guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
- Manage the host stand, including answering phones, taking reservations, and handling walk-ins
- Coordinate seating and manage the waitlist, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized host area, including the host stand and waiting area
- Work effectively with other members of the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and effective communication with guests and team members
