Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service to create a positive first impression Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal flow during busy hours Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments Handle cashier duties with precision, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs seamlessly Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering inquiries or making reservations Assist with guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience as a host/host or in food service is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities are essential for success in this role Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be advantageous but is not required Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic throughout shifts in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest interactions Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
