This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating customers efficiently, and handling payments accurately. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reservations and organize seating arrangements. Escort guest provide menu.

Process payments accurately using a POS system (cash, credit cards, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized front desk and cashier area. Assist with answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
